Incoming Vaccination update
Hello,
All incoming seventh grade students must have up to date Meningococcal vaccine( MCV4) and Tdap vaccine turned in to the office by 9/27/2022.
These requirements must be met to be considered up to date - One dose of Tdap vaccine must be administered on or after the 10th birthday, and one dose of meningococcal (serogroup A, C, W, and Y) vaccine must be administered prior to seventh grade entry.
You may contact your family doctor, Logan County Health Department 937-651-6186, or local pharmacies about appointments and availability of receiving these vaccines at the location of your choice.

All incoming Twelfth grade students must have up to date Meningococcal vaccines( MCV4) turned in to the office by 9/27/2022.
These requirements must be met to be considered up to date - two doses of MCV4 at age 16 years, with a minimum interval of eight weeks between doses. If the first dose was given on or after the 16th birthday, only one dose is required.
You may contact your family doctor, Logan County Health Department 937-651-6186, or local pharmacies about appointments and availability of receiving these vaccines at the location of your choice.
